To register for any of our programs please click on the appropriate link below. A file that you can print will appear. 

Please print the file and fill out the form completely.  After the form is filled out you may mail it or bring it by our office to complete your registration. Do not email the form to us.

All first-time students must fill out the Student Information Form in addition to the Registration Form.

Please do not forget to include your full payment when you send in your completed registration form!
