To remove yourself from an EOU mailing list, fill in your COMPLETE
e-mail address in the same format you used to subscribe
(including @eou.edu or other domain name) and
the listname you're leaving (e.g. music-435 or bird-watchers or
whatever). Then click "unsubscribe".
In many cases you'll need either to confirm your decision using
instructions you'll receive by e-mail or to wait until a list
manager processes your request.
