Student Writers' Workshop Coordinator(s)
Stipend: $1000 (can be shared)
Description: OWP at EOU Teacher Consultant to coordinate March 12, 2005 Student Writers' Workshop by working with OWP Director; recruiting workshop presenters; developing publicity to attract student, parent, and teacher participants; scheduling sessions; processing registration; supervising middle-school "ambassadors"; compiling workshop materials; and evaluating the event.

Technology Liaison
Stipend: $1500 plus travel expenses
Description: OWP at EOU Teacher Consultant to attend National Writing Project Annual Meeting November 18-20, 2004 in Indianapolis; and with OWP Director assistance, develop a technology project (weblog?) benefiting OWP at EOU Teacher Consultants.

Represent OWP at Oregon School Boards Association Annual Convention
Stipend: $250 plus travel expenses
Description: OWP at EOU Teacher Consultant, preferably K-8 grade level, to collaborate with Co-Director Janet Scoubes to make one presentation three times at a "Hot Topics" table at the OSBA Convention November 13, 2004 in Portland.
