General Event Schedule:

Registration: 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.
Group Writing Workshop: 9:00 - 9:45 a.m.
Morning break: 9:45 - 10:00 a.m.
Session A: 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Lunch Break: 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Session B: 12:00 - 1:30 p.m.
Afternoon break: 1:30 - 1:45 p.m.
Session C: 1:45 - 3:15 p.m.
Round-up time: 3:45 - 4:00 p.m.
(collecting anthology pieces/evaluations)

NOTE: Sessions & breaks for the 3rd - 6th grades will vary slightly but will begin and conclude with the general schedule.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

This year everyone will bring his or her own lunch. SWW will NOT serve lunches--only snacks at the morning & afternoon breaks.

EVERYONE MUST BRING A LUNCH!

Teachers/Chaperones must register (for count) -- shirts for adults are $7 each.
Parents always welcome at teacher inservice and/or student workshops.
