Collective Bargaining Agreement Costs
This Microsoft Excel file shows a breakdown of the costs associated with the AAP Collective Bargaining Agreement ratified on June 2, 2005.
To compare like data, ("apples to apples"), between the EOU and WOU agreements, the following data points were utilized:
a. The data includes the 98 faculty who were employed at EOU during the 2004-05 and 2005-06 academic years. Division chairs and the extended residential coordinator positions were not included in the data, but are included at the bottom of the spreadsheet;
b. Promotions were also not included; rather, salary less promotion is how the percentage increase was derived for those receiving promotions.
To identify which group of faculty went into the 9.7% calculation, follow these steps:
Open the document, click on "View" - Click on "Toolbars"
Click on "Customize"
Check "Auditing"
Close

Left click on "9.7%" cell at the bottom of the document
Click on far left icon in the toolbar -- the icon is labeled "trace precedents."
