It is the policy of Eastern Oregon University Safety Committee to assist in
protection, safety and health of Eastern's employees and students. Injuries
and property loss from accidents are needless, costly and preventable. The
purpose of the safety committee is to bring workers and management together
in a non-adversarial and cooperative effort to promote safety and health at
EOU. The Safety Committee assists the University community and makes recommendations
for change to help achieve that purpose.
