The video classrooms are located in EOU's Inlow Hall. The large Classroom can hold 42 people, and the smaller Seminar Room will accomodate 18.

Each room has its own Control Room so they may operate separate programs simultaneously. Computers are available in each room, allowing web access, Power Point, or other types of computer-based presentations to be seamlessly integrated into presentations. Regular overhead materials may also be used, with the presenter having control of the overhead cameras.

Presenters have wireless microphones available, and there are microphones available on the desks for audience participation.
