EOU Video Services Fee Schedule www.eou.edu/videosvc Effective July 1, 2003
The above fees are for using the EOU Video Services site. When programming originates at or through EOU, the requestor will be charged for additional sites at the rate each site requires plus $5 per hour per site. For example, if an OUS educational event originates at EOU and is scheduled to connect for one hour with four additional IP Video sites during the normal workday, with no taping or additional services, the charge would be:
EOU - $10 setup + $35 per hour = $45 Site A - ($35 +$5) per hour = $40 Site B - ($25 +$5) per hour = $30 Site C - ($10 + $5) per hour = $15 Site D - ($50 + $5) per hour = $55 Total $185 for one hour of interactive IP video.
All additional costs incurred as part of the event, e.g. DVD or tape copies, faxes, etc., will be charged to the requestor. If EOU is a receive site, EOU will invoice/charge only the EOU Video Services charges to the requestor.
When facility time is requested for an event, the associated block of time is reserved solely for that event and the event requestor will be charged accordingly. If the event is cancelled, one of the two cancellation fees shown above (15% or 50% of Facility charges) will be charged to the event requestor. Any additional fees required by other sites scheduled for the event will also be included in the total charged to the requestor.
EOU Video Services will make every effort to assure that a video conference is of the highest quality, however we cannot guarantee the performance of other sites and networks. EOU's liability in the event of a site or network malfunction affecting a conference will be limited to providing a reasonable number of videotapes of the event, if the event originates and is being recorded at the EOU Video Services facility.
